About PTSD and Veterans
Back in 2011, I wrote a book called PTSD: A Self-Help Survival Guide. At the time, I thought it would be the last thing I ever did in the therapy world — but the site I built to go with it kept ticking along, and over the years, it turned into something more useful than I first expected.
This isn’t a charity site, and it’s not some polished corporate project. It’s just me — a veteran, sharing what I can. The idea’s simple: if you’re dealing with PTSD, you’ll find some free tools here, some links to organisations that can actually help, and a few old interviews and resources I gathered along the way. Nothing fancy, just things that might make a difference.

What you’ll find here:
- Free downloads like guides, audios, and even a few “legacy” pieces from when I first started this.
- Veteran interviews and expert chats — the kind of stuff that never really goes out of date.
- Useful links to support in the UK, the US, and anywhere else we can track down.
