Links & Resources
This is the part of the site where everything connects — a bit like the mess deck noticeboard, but cleaner and without anyone drawing on it. Here you’ll find quick links to charities, therapists, and other places that actually do some good for veterans and their families. You can use the dropdown menu at the top, or just click one of the big friendly buttons below. Either way, you’ll end up where you need to be — hopefully with less confusion than a junior officer trying to give their first handover brief.
Military Charities Section
Whether you’re in the UK or the U.S., I’ve pulled together a list of solid charities and not-for-profit groups that actually get things done for veterans. Each one offers real support — not just slogans or sympathy. Click below to head straight to the list that fits where you are.
Therapists & Practitioners
This section’s coming soon. I’ll be adding therapists, counsellors, and practitioners who’ve got a solid track record of working with veterans — whether that’s PTSD, grief, anxiety, or just the rough bits that come after service. The methods might vary, but the results speak for themselves — and if they don’t, they won’t make the cut.
Businesses Supporting Veterans
This section’s coming soon. It’ll feature genuine, veteran-friendly businesses — the kind that give something back rather than just talk about it. To be listed here, they’ll have made a one-off donation to (Military Charity of my choice), helping fund the work that really makes a difference.
Veteran-Friendly Giveaways
Hopefully, this section’s coming soon. There are plenty of people and businesses out there who say they support veterans — we’ll soon find out who actually puts their money where their mouth is. I’ll be reaching out to the ones that claim to back the veteran community and seeing what I can get for you.
These listings will be for businesses offering veterans something for free — no forms, no gimmicks, no “just pay shipping” bollocks. They’re doing it because they genuinely want to help, not because their marketing department told them to.

Note: This site’s still under construction, so new resources will be added as it grows — check back from time to time. And if you don’t see a button to click yet, that section’s not ready… but it’s on the to-do list.
