Warning: Do not use whilst driving or operating any kind of machinery.
The total running time of this recording is just under 25 minutes.
To get the most from this MP3, play through headphones, although it can still be beneficial if you only have ordinary speakers.
You may want to set an alarm clock for 30 minutes, just in case you drift off to sleep.
Find somewhere comfortable to relax either sitting or lying down.
If sitting; choose a chair which you can rest your head against, put your feet firmly on the ground & place your hands in your lap.
If lying down; support your head with a pillow or cushion, lie on your back with legs straight out & arms by your side.
