Glad You Found Your Way Here.
This site was put together by a veteran who knows that getting through life after service isn’t always simple. It’s here to make things a bit easier — to share what’s helped, point you toward proper support, and give you something real to come back to when you need it. It’ll keep growing over time as more resources, tools, and voices get added.
If you haven’t got time to dig through every page, here are some good places to start.

PTSD: A Self-Help Survival GuideI first wrote PTSD: A Self-Help Survival Guide back in 2011, when I’d left the Navy and was working as a therapist. For years, every copy sold sent money to Combat Stress — that was the whole point. Then Lulu changed their pricing, the charity stopped getting anything, and I thought, sod that. So I pulled it. This first edition’s been tidied up a bit, and it’s here for free — no email, no sign-up, just the book itself — because I never wanted to profit from veterans who were already having a hard enough time — unless, of course, you were sat across from me in a proper therapy session. Bills still had to be paid.

Charities & Useful ResourcesThis section pulls together the stuff that actually helps — charities, support organisations, and a few services that have proved themselves useful to veterans. Some are local, some are national, some do it for free, others keep the lights on by charging — but they all do what they say on the tin. I’ll keep adding more as they’re checked out, so think of this as the growing list of places that actually give a damn.

Audio Library – Interviews, Hypnosis & Expert TalksThis section’s a mixed bag of useful listens — from relaxation and hypnotherapy sessions to straight conversations with veterans and the people who work with them. You’ll also find a few older interviews with business experts, for anyone thinking about going self-employed or building something new after service. Some of it’s polished, some of it’s rough round the edges, but it’s all made to help you get your head in a better place or spark an idea worth chasing.

PTSD Support Using EFT – The Original VideosThese are the original EFT videos that started it all back in 2010. The sound’s a bit rough, the intro music’s awful, and I even used to put on a suit for the camera — something I can’t be arsed with anymore. The point’s always been the message, not the presentation. It was while filming these that I first had the idea to turn the notes into a proper guide — which later became the book. At some point I might tidy the videos up and make a downloadable version, but for now you can still watch the full set here.
